Example overview of the school day
We will be opening the gates to allow all children to come into school at any time between 8:40 and 8:50am. Gates will close and registers will be taken in all classes at 8:50am which will be the official start of the school day. Any child arriving in school after 8:50am will need to enter through the school office and will receive a late mark.
The end of the school day will be 3:20pm for Reception and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2).
Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) will finish school at 3:25pm.
As there will be more year groups coming onto the yard at the end of the school day at the same time, the yards will be busier. We will be allocating different areas for each class to be handed over to parents and we would request that parents are patient with us as we all get used to this new arrangement, to ensure teachers can see which children have left with a parent.
Nursery timings will remain the same with morning session running 8:45-11:45 and afternoon session running 12:30-3:30.
