Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School: Where do I start? It is  an amazing place to be!  Everyone cares and wants the very best for others.  Children and staff have created a vibrant, happy learning environment.

My roles/responsibilities in school: I have the privilege of being Headteacher and leading the school.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time: I love to run and have also started Stand Up Paddleboarding.  I love a good book and having fun with family and friends.

I am a Year 3 Class Teacher and Art Subject Leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
Going to the cinema and ice-skating.

How we are a RRSA school and we understand the importance of being a good friend.

I teach across the school.

I really enjoy running on a morning, designing and spending time with family and friends.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a teacher in Year 1 and PHSE Lead.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time: 

I enjoy travelling and visiting new places. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
We are all a big family who care for one another.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I’m currently one of the Year 2 teachers and KS1 team leader. In school, I look after Computing and the Digital Leaders.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy going to new places with my family.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I really like how all the staff try to make the learning fun and enjoyable through theme days and very interactive lessons. I also like how imaginative and creative all of the children are, each and every child has their own special talent!

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am Assistant Headteacher at The Glebe.  I am a Year 6 class teacher, upper Key Stage 2 leader and Mathematics subject leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy travelling to visit new cities, going to music concerts, shopping and spending time with my loved ones.

The children and staff are so welcoming and friendly.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a Year 5 teacher.  I am the Science leader and responsible for CIOC.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy exploring new cities, playing badminton and spending time with my friends and family.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:

The school feels like one big happy family. Everyone looks out for one another. The children are very polite and helpful.

My roles/responsibilities in school:

I am one of the Reception Teacher. My job is to care for the children in Early Years. I teach them how to be the best that they can be. To play and be kind to each other, discover and explore new things and have a growth mindset.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I love spending time with my family. We enjoy days out at the beach and staying in our caravan at the Lakes. I also love swimming and going for long walks with our dog Bertie!

I am a Year 4 teacher and part of the English team.

That all the children have a great sense of humour.

I teach in Year 5 and I am P.E. subject leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love coaching football, I have three different teams, plus I support Sunderland – the biggest team in the north-east.

I like that everybody works as a team at The Glebe and the children and staff work together to succeed.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am the SENDCo in school. I teach and lead in KS2.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy shopping, going to Zumba and spending time with my friends and family.

I am a year 2 class teacher. 

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I love spending time with my friends and family and going on lots of lovely walks with my little dog, Stanley.

Everyone in school, and the wider community, support each other to create a kind and welcoming environment.

My roles/responsibilities in school:

I am a Year 6 class teacher.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I like to spend lots of time outdoors and love to go camping with my dog, Monty.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School: I love working with all the amazing children and staff at The Glebe Primary School and seeing what fantastic things everyone is getting up to in their classrooms. 

My roles/responsibilities in school: I am the Deputy Headteacher and work with Mrs Moralee to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying school. I am also responsible for English, the wider curriculum and teaching and learning across school.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time: My favourite thing to do in my spare time is to curl up in my comfy armchair and read a book (with a bar of chocolate!). I also enjoy spending time with my family and going on adventures with my son and my dog!

I love that everybody at The Glebe work together t help one another. It is a very friendly place to be in.

My roles/responsibilities in school: I lead the Early Years Foundation Stage and am Reception Class Teacher.  I am also the Early Reading and Phonics Lead.  

What i enjoy doing in my spare time: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to go travelling and visit lots of new places.
