Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School: Where do I start? It is  an amazing place to be!  Everyone cares and wants the very best for others.  Children and staff have created a vibrant, happy learning environment.

My roles/responsibilities in school: I have the privilege of being Headteacher and leading the school.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time: I love to run and have also started Stand Up Paddleboarding.  I love a good book and having fun with family and friends.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a teacher in Nursery, working in the Foundation Stage.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I enjoy travelling and visiting new places. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

We are all a big family who care for one another.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I’m currently one of the Year 2 teachers and KS1 team leader. In school, I look after Computing and the Digital Leaders.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy going to new places with my family.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I really like how all the staff try to make the learning fun and enjoyable through theme days and very interactive lessons. I also like how imaginative and creative all of the children are, each and every child has their own special talent!

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a Year 6 class teacher, upper Key Stage 2 leader and Mathematics subject leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy travelling to visit new cities, going to music concerts, shopping and spending time with my loved ones.

The friendly and welcoming children and staff.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am the Foundation Stage Leader and I teach in Reception, so my main role is to ensure that the youngest children in school make a happy start to their journey at The Glebe.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy yoga and walking my dog, Olly.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a Year 5 teacher, I look after the school council and I am the Modern Foreign Languages leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy exploring new cities, playing badminton and spending time with my friends and family.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:

The school feels like one big happy family. Everyone looks out for one another. The children are very polite and helpful.

My roles/responsibilities in school:

I am one of the Reception Teacher. My job is to care for the children in Early Years. I teach them how to be the best that they can be. To play and be kind to each other, discover and explore new things and have a growth mindset.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I love spending time with my family. We enjoy days out at the beach and staying in our caravan at the Lakes. I also love swimming and going for long walks with our dog Bertie!

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I like to see and speak to everyone and I love to see how the children grow and change over the years.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I work part time throughout the school teaching children in Year 3.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love to spend time and have fun with my two boys, Thomas and Jacob. I enjoy keeping fit and going shopping and out with my friends.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a Year 6 class teacher and I am responsible for G&T.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love running and I enjoy looking after my niece, Daisy.

That all the children have a great sense of humour.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I teach in Year 6 and I am P.E. subject leader.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love coaching football, I have three different teams, plus I support Sunderland – the biggest team in the north-east!

I like that everybody works as a team at The Glebe and the children and staff work together to succeed.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a Year 3 Class Teacher and Team Leader for Lower Key Stage 2. I am also the SENDCo.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy shopping, going to Zumba and spending time with my friends and family.

The Glebe is a wonderful place to be! The staff are so supportive and the children are extremely hardworking.

I am a year 1 class teacher.
