Teaching Assistants

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I love to see each and every child grow and develop.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
To work with the children in the Year 2 classes. I work with small groups of children doing fun activities.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy catching up with friends and family. I also enjoy jogging (but not too far!) I recently completed a very muddy ‘Race for Life’.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I like that The Glebe School is a happy, welcoming place for all adults and children.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
My role is to support the Year 6 classes and help in the classroom. I also work outside on the playground looking after all the children on a lunch time.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy going on holiday to visit far away cities. I also enjoy going to the gym and keeping fit and healthy.

I like working with the fantastic children and staff.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a teaching assistant in Year 2.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
Going to rugby matches and spending time with my grandson.

I like the lovely art work around school.

I work in Year 2.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I go to Judo. I also like doing art and craft at home.

My roles/responsibilities in school:I am a Teaching Assistant in Year 2. 

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:I enjoy having fun days out with my family and catching up with friends.

I am a full time teaching assistant in mainly in KS2.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I am a “gymaholic”, I love going to the gym!

In my spare time I love spending time with my family and watching ice hocking.

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I like how The Glebe School cares about what happens in our local community and also what happens in the worldwide community.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I work in Year 3 and 4.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I like spending time with my family. We enjoy visiting castles and going for walks in the country.

The caring, friendly staff and the super children!

I am a teaching assistant in Year 3, I am responsible for making sure children work hard at school and have fun.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love going to my caravan on a weekend and relaxing.

Coming to school every day and seeing the smiling faces of the children.

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and going for walks in the countryside with my dog.

Everything and everybody.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
Like all the other adults in school, my role is to keep children safe and happy. I work with Year 5, supporting the teachers and children to achieve their very best with learning.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I love exercise to keep fit and healthy, and spending time with family and friends.

I am a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and I work in all the classes in school.

I like the schools ethos which is reflected in the actions of all the staff and children.

My roles/responsibilities in school:
I am a teaching assistant currently working in Year 2.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
I enjoy geo-caching and walking around our beautiful coast and countryside. I also enjoy a little bit of karaoke.

I enjoy seeing the children learn and grow as they go through school and how the staff help them to do their best.

I am a teaching assistant in Year 4. I work 1:1 or with a small group of children.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and watching films

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary:
I love that when I walk into school, everyone is happy, smiling and friendly. 

My roles/responsibilities in school: I am a Teaching Assistant in Reception.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time: I love spending time with my son, niece and nephew. I also love dinosaurs, my favourite is a Triceratops!

Something that I like about The Glebe Primary School:
I really like how happy and friendly the children and staff are. The children show an eagerness to learn and have fun doing so.

My roles/responsibilities in school:

I work in Reception and Year One. I’m also a lunchtime supervisor.

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

I love spending time with my husband and son, we are big Star Wars and Avenger fans. I also love walking my dog Ollie.

The friendly staff, lovely children and supportive adults and carers.

Nursery Teaching Assistant and cover teacher.

I love riding my motorbike and salsa dancing.
