I was born in Norton and have lived here for most of my life .My children and Grandchildren have all attended local schools. Two of my four Grandchildren attended Glebe Primary for all their primary years. Being a parent and Grandparent has given me direct experience and understanding of the vital role both parents and children have in forming a successful and happy school community.
I have been involved with education all my life, as a pupil; as a teacher; a Head Teacher; as a trainer of teachers and now as a governor .I have been a governor in Glebe Primary School for many years, the last two acting as Chair of Governors. I am passionate about supporting the Head Teacher, the staff and parents in providing the best possible education for all our children.
