This week, school council and year 6 choir got to spread Christmas cheer to residents at local retirement housing (Cohen Court). The children sang songs and played games with the residents and were accompanied by Mr Gibson and Mrs Sheraton, our music teachers. Residents commented on how talented our pupils are and said that this was one of their Christmas highlights.
Ebony (Y6) ‘It was fun playing with the residents and it was really interesting to talk to them.’
Ellie (Y6) ‘I liked seeing the residents with smiles on their faces. They were a great audience.’
