Cheryl Todd

I’ve been working alongside the local authority since 2002 in the Education IT section. I have over 20 years of experience working alongside teachers and leaders in schools and I’m still learning!

I became a parent governor in 2017 when my daughter was in Year 1 at The Glebe Primary. I’ve been a parent governor for 5 years now and watched my daughter go right through to Year 6 and my son move through Early Years and Key Stage 1 to be heading into Key Stage 2.

I have loved working with the school and participating in fairs, careers days, art projects, and discos, and I look forward to seeing many more events like this in the future. Being a governor means I can stay up to date with education changes and play an active part in school life.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking the dogs as a family, exploring the beautiful county we live in, reading, and swimming.
