It has been Fairtrade Fortnight for the last two weeks in school. As a Rights Respecting School, we were delighted to support this campaign again.
Miss Walsh and the RRSA champions held a whole school assembly on Monday 25th February to launch our theme work, and then each class completed a range of related activities in their classrooms.
Each year group looked in more detail at a Fairtrade product and focused on a given coun-try around the world. Some of our parents enjoyed coming into school to join in with the activities too.
We celebrated the fantastic work that each class had produced in an assembly on Friday afternoon. The table below shows which products and countries the children have been looking at.
