Earlier this week, we welcomed the fantastic author and poet “Wes Magee” into school. He led some fantastic workshops throughout the day with some of the Year 5 and 6 pupils. The children put their new knowledge and skills into practice by writing their own stories and poems.
The children had a wonderful day and Mr Magee was highly complimentary about our school and particularly the behavior and participation of the children—in fact he left us with a poem in our visitor book!
